This Order is effective January 1, 2011 and to remain in effect until further order of this Court.

Pursuant to the purpose and intent of the Family Court of the 25th Judicial Circuit, Judge Tracy L. Storie, Presiding Judge, and consistent with the recommendations of the Parent Education Subcommittee, retroactive to January I, 2009, the Family Court Coordinator is directed to disburse the amount of $20.00 to the University of Missouri Extension Program for Parent Education Services provided to individuals who have declared in writing that their average monthly income does not exceed $1,225.00 per month. The Family Court Coordinator is directed to disburse those funds upon receipt of request for payment from University of Missouri and its designated employees.
